kat sana u bole spend time ronda ronda and bole agak agak kalori yang u makan for the day and also exercise expenditure..
on right side ade pie chart..this will make it easy to conform to your metabolic type ie 20-50-30
then u can roughly track your kalori IN and kalori OUT...
the only setback is banyak American brand tak de kat Mesia nih....
tapi tak pe..u can still agak agak..mungkin lari 100/200 kalori kot..still ok..
